Asphalt/Tarmac Sealcoat
Our asphalt sealcoat is an environmentally friendly asphalt and tarmac preservative, which restores colour, seals fine cracks and voids and prevents the ingress of water, slowing down deterioration. Asphalt sealcoat is designed to maintain and preserve the existing surface and is suitable for application to, driveways, footpaths and car parks. Benefits of Resealing:

What is our Process?
Following an initial site survey, we begin by cleaning the asphalt surface using our super-heated low pressure equipment to safely remove any dirt and organic matter.
We then protect and mask all edgings, steps and surround. Once the surface is fully cleaned and prepare, and the surrounding area protected the application process can begin.
The asphalt sealcoat is then applied using either Spray or Roller at a rate of 2-3m2 per litre. One coat of sealcoat is usually sufficient to fully seal the driveway, filling any small cracks and voids in the surface.
The Outcome is an asphalt surface with an increased lifespan. The surface is now protected from water ingress, has all the aggregate fully locked in place and looks like a freshly installed asphalt driveway.
